Drop PDFs, PNGs, or DWGs, then trace with smart snaps. We auto-scale based on a known dimension.
Can I duplicate templates?
Yes—duplicate, customize, and save to your private hangar or share with collaborators.
Collaboration
How many people can edit at once?
Unlimited. Presence indicators show who’s drawing, and the mission log tracks changes.
Do viewers need an account?
Share read-only links with anyone. Upgrade to Pro for live editing invites.
Can I comment on plans?
Threaded annotations let teams resolve punch items directly on the layout.
Billing + security
What security standards do you follow?
We maintain SOC 2 controls, encrypt data at rest/in transit, and support SSO + SCIM on Teams.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Move between tiers instantly. Billing prorates and mission control can help if you have questions.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes—Teams can request invoicing. Reach out through the contact form to get set up.

Does Flat.com work offline?
Install the PWA to work without connectivity. Sync resumes when you’re back online.
